Brake pads

Advice on fitting Brake Pads and looking after your vehicle's braking system:
  • Always make sure that braking surfaces are clean of grease or brake fluid.
  • Replace brake discs (rotors) in pairs and Brake Pads in sets.
  • Always ensure disc surface is in good condition. If possible, skim, or replace discs.
  • Check part numbers to ensure that you fit the correct Brake Pads to your vehicle.
  • Always tighten wheel nuts to the correct torque (do not use an impact wrench).
